iPhone news

Check out how you can easily capture light trails using your iPhone.

Many people are unaware of the unexpected and secret capabilities that the Apple iPhone has, and even Apple rarely discusses them. One of those capabilities allows you to make artistic-looking photographs by converting live images into long-exposure pictures.

In a long exposure shot, the camera takes a picture at a slow shutter speed, which results in a light-based version of motion blur. Photographers may record light trails and experiment with their images thanks to this.

The iPhone’s extended exposure, however, operates differently. Apple essentially transforms live photographs into long-exposure images using its image processing and artificial intelligence.

STEPS TO CONVERT A LIVE IMAGE ON IPHONE INTO A LONG EXPOSURE SHOT:

  • Open the iPhone’s camera app
  • From the viewfinder screen, tap the Live icon.
  • Now, take a picture that you wish to use for a long exposure.
  • After that, open the Photos app, select the photo you just took, and then hit the Live symbol in the top left corner of the photo.
  • Selecting the long exposure button
